FORO is not an adoption agency, and our mission is to serve children who remain in the orphanage system.

However, we also know that nothing can improve a child’s chances for a healthy and happy life, or the potential for a saving relatinship with Jesus Christ, more than having a loving family.

Therefore, we encourage anyone interested in the fate of orphans to
seriously consider adoption.

There are many wonderful adoption agencies that work in Russia.
